The fact that this book is broken down into two separate books is good also, as part one builds muscle activation patterns, and part two increases strength and explosiveness through barbell exercises and leaps and bounds.
After reading this book, I realized that it is not for those with serious internal knee injuries (ligament damage, meniscus injuries), those not ready to put in the time and effort to fix their problem, and those who aren’t prepared to do progressive bodyweight exercises.
